WHAT IS VILLAGGIO LE PALME

Villaggio Le Palme is a magnificent structure set in a plain framed by verdant olive groves and in an enviable position directly on the sea, within the Cilento National Park, according to the National Park in size, stretching from the Tyrrhenian coast to At the foot of the campano-lucano appennine, including the summits of the Alburni, Cervati and Gelbison, as well as the coastal foothills of Monte Bulgheria and Monte Stella.


WHAT STRUCTURES OFFERS?

Villaggio Le Palme, which extends over a total area of over 100,000 square meters, features:

  • Living Suite, Cottages Cottage, Wooden Cottage, Mobil Home, Studio apartments & Two-Room Bungalows in Hotel Formula;
  • Studio apartments and Two-Room Bungalows in Residence Formula;

all fully furnished and complete with every comfort.


WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE SERVICES?

Villaggio Le Palme offers to its client every service you may need during your stay in the village: car parks, bars, restaurants, pizzeria and refreshments, mini-market and boutiques with private and equipped kitchen, Showers and toilets, TV room, arena, disco, children’s playground, beach, swimming pools, medical assistance, ATM, meeting room and more.


WHERE ARE THE FACILITIES AT THIS YEAR AVAILABLE?

Villaggio Le Palme is open from April to October every day.
The opening dates vary from year to year in relation to what is set by the City of Ascea.

ARE THE STRUCTURES FURNISHED AND FITTED WITH ALL ACCESSORIES?

Certainly, fully furnished and equipped with every service and accessory.


WHAT INCLUDES THE PRICE FOR THE STRUCTURE?

The price includes the rented accommodation, consumption for water (electricity, gas, etc.) and services (adult and children’s pools, etc.), air conditioning and every comfort you will find inside.

PLEASE NOTE: refer to the form you are about to book and, of course, do not hesitate to contact us to receive all possible clarifications.


RECEIVE A CONTRACT FOR THE USE OF THE STRUCTURE?

Of course you do.
Guests receive a contract where the details of the desired period of stay, the cost of the facility for that period, the date of arrival and departure date, the maximum number of people allowed within the facility, the breakdown of the Risks and responsibilities, etc.


WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

You will be able to pay in cash, by bank transfer, by postal order or by credit card.
The bank details will be indicated in the lease or, in the case of online booking, by e-mail.

WHEN ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ARISED?

During the period between 12/07/2017 and 30/08/2017, the day of arrival and/or departure is Sunday. In all other periods, upon availability of accommodation, you can agree on the day of arrival and/or departure.
Each facility is delivered clean and in order.
Staff and customer service will certainly be available at the reception even outside of the agreed time by telephone customer service.

HOW TO BOOK?

The request can be made by filling out the forms on the contact page or get a quote or by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address info@villaggiolepalme.com.
In short, our customer service will send you an answer with the summary of the structure data, the total estimate and the sum of the sum corresponding to the deposit to be paid to book.
Once your payment has been made, the structure will be for you.


WHAT HAPPENS TO ME IF I CAUSE DAMAGE DURING THE HOLIDAY?

Villaggio Le Palme asks you to be informed immediately and / or before leaving. In this way it will be possible to evaluate the magnitude of the damage and to agree on a suitable figure for repair. Be it clear that it is not our custom to speculate on such events. As far as possible, we tend to raise the customer from any burden if the damage is of minor magnitude or irrelevant.


HOW ARE I PROHIBITED IF I HAVE A PROBLEM DURING THE STAY?

Villaggio Le Palme is attentive to every customer’s needs. We are at your disposal to help you solve any problem. You can go to reception at any time of your holiday.


WHAT IS INTENDED FOR RESIDENCE FORMULA TREATMENT?

Villaggio Le Palme offers 48 bungalows and 42 mobile homes, 29 Superior Cottage and 2 Living Suites with kitchenette and dining area in semi-open porch, air conditioning, color tv, hairdryer, safe and all accessories.

  • Studio apartment: masonry structure for 4 persons (about 36sqm), with bedroom with double bed and bunk bed and 1 bathroom.
  • Two-roomed apartment: brick structure for 4 people (about 48sqm), with double bedroom, twin bedroom or bunk bed, 1 bathroom. On request you can provide up to 2 extra beds, payable and subject to availability.
  • Mobile home: pvc structure for 4 people (approximately 42 sqm including patio), with double bedroom, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms. On request you can provide up to 2 extra beds, payable and subject to availability.
  • Superior Cottage: Three-room insulated wood or masonry structure for 4 people (about 42 sqm including patio), with double bedroom, twin bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette / living room inside. Upon request, you can provide up to 2 extra beds with double sofa bed, payable and subject to availability.
  • Living Suite: Insulated wooden structure for 4 people (about 40 sqm excluding patio), with double bedroom, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette / living room inside. Upon request, you can provide up to 2 extra beds with double sofa bed, payable and subject to availability.

WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE OFFERED BY ANIMATION STAFF?

On the various site pages dedicated to animation and the Mini Club for children. There you will find information about both the services and the resort offers, as well as the activities promoted and carried out during your vacation.


AM I OBLIGED TO PAY THE TOURIST CITY TAX?

The Tourist city tax for all persons aged 17 and over, is compulsory and is equal to:

  • 0.75 € per day per person, in the months of June, July and September
  • 1 € per day per person, in August

Tourist city tax is not due in April, May, October.


CAN YOU HAVE AN INSURANCE IN CASE OF HOLIDAY CANCELLATION?

Yes sure. We have an insurance with which the deposit can be insured in the event of a down payment and balance, or even the entire stay in case of prepayment of the entire amount.


HOW MANY DAYS CAN A HOLIDAY BE MADE?

The stays at our facility are at least 7 days and during the period between 12/07/2017 and 30/08/2017, on Sunday arrival and / or departure must be mandatory. In all other periods you can stay for different periods of time and with arrival / departure at your choice (unless availability is available).


DOES THE VILLAGE HAVE A PARKING LOT?

Yes, of course, the village has unguarded indoor parking.
Free of charge for each car. From the second car the cost is € 3 per day for each.


CAN I REQUEST EXTRA SERVICES?

Yes, at the time of booking you can apply for extra services (example kitchenette for stays in Residence Formula, bicycles, umbrella on the 1st row, etc.). Obviously, each of these will provide an additional daily charge.


ARE PETS ALLOWED?

With great regret, though we are all deeply in love with the animals, we had to make the decision not to admit the animals in our village.


WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHACK-OUT TIMES?

Lodgings are delivered on the day of arrival from 17:00 onwards and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure to allow operators to carry out cleaning and restoration services.


ARE THERE SHOPS IN THE VILLAGE?
Yes. There is a very well-stocked mini-market, a boutique, a restaurant and you can also book an appointment with a hairdresser and beautician.

IS IT POSSIBILE TO RENT A CAR DIRECTLY AT THE VILLAGE?

Of course, it is possible with Avis, of which we are a partner.


IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE VILLAGE?

Of course you do. Every morning from 8:45 to 9:30.


ARE THERE HOSPITALS AND PHARMACIES AROUND THE VILLAGE?

Sure. Hospital at 16 km, pharmacy at 1 km.


DO YOUR BUFFET PREVENT FOOD FOR CELIACS?

Of course you do. It would be useful for us to know it a priori, at the same time as the booking.


TO WHOM DO I HAVE TO COMMUNICATE MY INTOLERANCE OR SPECIAL DIETARY REGIMES?

At customer service at the time of booking.


CAN I HAVE LUNCH ON MY ARRIVAL DAY IF IT’S IN THE MORNING?
If there is availability, you have no problems. In this case, however, on the day of departure you can only eat breakfast and not even lunch.

IS THE VILLAGGIO LE PALME ACCESSIBLE TO CUSTOMERS WITH DISABILITIES?

The village is completely flat, with no architectural barriers and slides where necessary. However, we do not have specific structures.


HOW FAR IS THE VILLAGE FROM THE SEA? IS IT DEEP?
The village rises in an enviable position directly on the sea. For the first 15/20 meters there is foot, then no more.

HOW IS THE BEACH?

Sandy, wide 10,500 square feet. Exactly 150 meters for 70 meters.


SHOULD I CARRY THE BEACH TOWELS FROM HOME?

Yes. You can not use the supplied ones in the structure.


CAN I HIRE COTS OR STROLLERS?

Yes for cots, not for strollers.
